It broke on the 3rd use - one of the sprinkler holes became bigger and bigger until the whole side just split open. Kids were so so disappointed, wish I had a spare one. It\'s so much easier to use than pools you have to blow up, you just connect the hose to inflate it, and the tail is connected so you don\'t have to inflate it separately. I didn\'t bother inflating the little fins and the separate frog w/ air - they don\'t add anything to the enjoyment. It is very shallow, though - if the ground is not perfectly even you\'ll end up with no water in some spots which is OK because the kids don\'t really want to sit in it w/ the sprinklers hitting them in the face. They mostly run around and through it. I ordered a few more, I still think for $4 a use it\'s worth it - and you don\'t have to worry about cleaning it out perfectly after each use and then storing it for the winter - just a disposable toy.Good for younger than 3 | Rating : 3 | on : 2009-06-08
I purchased this pool for my 4 month old son. He loves it! It\'s large enough that I can sit in the center and hold him up so he can look around and splash till his hearts content. The fish only holds about 2\" of water max and that is if you have a perfectly flat surface to place it on. If you\'re like us your yard is not completely flat and that allows us to have a \"deep end\" and a dry end with just sprinklers. I doubt older children would be very entertained by this pool but Gabe loves kicking, splashing and eating the turtle all under close supervision!
